Returns, Exchanges & General Conditions
First of all, Thank you for your support.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us for your exchange with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged:
sale items, gift cards, swimwear, lingerie, plants, custom orders and beauty products.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Returned products must be shipped at your own cost and we require that you use a traceable method of shipping. Lost return shipments will not be refunded.
The Artful Hand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The Artful Hand is not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.
Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order as The Artful Hand is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
as per our services, we request a minimum of a full 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations with a full refund option. if you had to miss your appointment or cancel it without sufficient notice, please consider that the full cost of the service will be charged (some exceptions apply).
