We are so excited for our upcoming Sanctuary Fairs and for the chance to bring the community together for something special.
Why ‘Sanctuary’ Fair?
The word 'Sanctuary' typically refers to a safe space. That is precisely what our store, The Artful Hand, has been called; the Sanctuary within the mall.
This is because when people enter, they feel a sense of peace and calm amongst the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. They enter a space where they are welcomed and encouraged to be their true authentic selves. A space free of judgment, and a space that inspires and nurtures creativity.
We are hoping, with the help of our beautiful community, that our Sanctuary Fairs will become a Sanctuary within downtown Kelowna.
Our fairs are not only a holistic market, but are a space for a wide range of creative talent, including local artisans, metaphysical practitioners, makers of delicious foods, and harmonious live entertainment performers.
We are hoping that when people enter, they also feel a sense of community, where we are all free to truly be ourselves, and feel at home. These fairs will be an opportunity for authentic connections.
A chance to connect over local artistry and be inspired by each other's creativity. A chance to feel heard, to feel healed through taking part in and experiencing the various holistic and psychic services on hand.
A chance to feel at ease and at peace; and to feel spiritually and emotionally nourished.

The Artful Hand Team
We will be hosting the fairs at The Laurel Packing House in downtown Kelowna on June 4, July 16, August 6, September 10, October 29 & November 26.
We are looking for local artisans, holistic products, holistic services, food vendors, and live performers!
Booth Prices are as follows:
- 8ft x 8ft booth (8ft rectangular table included) = $140
- option to split booth into 2 x 4ft x 8ft booths (must bring own table) = $70
- 6 ft x 8ft booth (6ft rectangular table included) =$110
- 5ft x 5ft booth (2ft round table included. Readers ONLY) = $80

Sign up ahead of time to secure your spot, spaces are limited.
Applications are accepted until 7 days before the event date, unless spaces are already filled!
Refunds are available up until 14 days before the event date.
Keep an eye out! We will send you an email if you are approved. You will then be asked to choose your date(s) and pay for your booth(s)!
After payment is received, vendors will receive confirmation and be allocated on the floor plan :)
